FIFO RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Delivery is free on orders over £25. The order processing time is 3 working days (Mon-Fri). Your order then should be with you within 1-2 working days. We use both Royal Mail and FedEx with a next day delivery service.
Please carefully check your order and packaging upon arrival and notify us immediately if there is anything wrong with your order.
If any of the mobile phone accessories your order is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange or refund. If there are missing items from your order please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email to email@example.com. If you need to return an item to us, please do so within 14 days of delivery.
All products must be returned in re-sellable condition - the product, packaging, labels and tags remain intact and unused.
We reserve our right to refuse to accept worn, used, damaged or altered goods.
If we need to contact you with regards to your returns, we will do so via email or by post to the address you have provided when placing your order.
A refund will be made via the same payment method used upon ordering.
It could take up to 14 business days of products being received back, for a refund to be processed.
Your Rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are not affected.
