That’s why most of our range is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty — a commitment to support our customers with reliable replacements when genuine product faults occur. This policy outlines what our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers, its limitations, and how to make a claim.

What Is a Limited Lifetime Warranty?

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for the expected, reasonable lifespan of the product. If a qualifying fault occurs during normal use, we will replace the item with a fully functional one.

It’s important to clarify: "lifetime" refers to the product’s service life, not the lifetime of the purchaser. As technology and product lines evolve, certain models will be discontinued, at which point warranty coverage for that item will end.

Warranty Conditions

The warranty is valid under the following conditions:

1. Discontinued Products
If the product is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar product offering equivalent functionality. The replacement may differ in colour, design, or features, but will serve the same purpose.

2. Non-Transferable
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person or business.

3. Product Registration Required
Each product must be registered individually in order to activate the warranty. Registration must be completed at: www.fifouk.com/lifetime-warranty
Once registration is complete, customers will automatically be directed to the replacement claim form, which can be 
filled in if needed. 

4. Discretion 
We reserve the right to decline warranty claims that suggest abuse of the policy, including excessive claims, use outside intended purpose, or deliberate misuse of the product.

5. Lifespan-Based Coverage
The warranty covers the product for as long as it remains a current, supported item in our range. It does not extend indefinitely or guarantee coverage once a product has been discontinued.

 

What Is Covered?

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. cosmetic scuffs, fading, discolouration)

How to Make a Claim

  1. Ensure the product is registered online, you can register your product at the time of purchase and claim when you need to in the future. 

  2. Complete the replacement claim form linked after registration ( or click here).

  3. Provide a clear description of the issue. Supporting images will be helpful. 

  4. Our customer support team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.

  5. If approved, we will dispatch a replacement product to the registered address, free of charge. 

  6. In some instances we may contact you to arrange for the faulty product to be sent back to us.
