  • How to order to top-up you FIFO displays?

    You have made a great choice picking FIFO for your mobile and audio phone accessories supplier. We prioritise your sales and the personal-touch service. Now that you have our display in store, make sure you keep it fully topped-up to enjoy continued revenue increase and satisfied customers. During your Territory Manager Visit The easiest way to place an order is on your visit, our Territory Managers are trained to look for best sellers in each location, so they will tailor your order to top-up on faster selling items, even if it means crediting some slow-sellers to make space on your display. Within your trial and first few months we will establish what sells in your shop (as we know every location is different), and we'll multiply those lines across your displays. Your visit will be on regular intervals, however we know sometimes stock runs out in between those visits, so in the mean time you can call us, email us or order online. I. Prepare your order Look for the gaps on your display and for the 5-digit SKU number located on the peg back-card (Floor Displays) or at the back end of the drawer (Counter Displays). Make a list of the SKUs and the required quantity per SKU (consider keeping some back stock of popular lines). II. Place your order There are 3 ways to place an order with FIFO you can call us, email us or order online. Order Online Use our Online Order Form where you can fill in your store details, and go through all available products and add quantity to the ones you need to order. If you are unsure what the product is click on the image and that will take you the product page for more information. Centrally billed customers will be invoiced as usual through their accounts, and independent customers will be contacted to make a payment before delivery. Email You can simply email your list over to orders@fifouk.com or take a clear picture of your display and we can process your order straight away. Don't forget to include your site ID and postcode, so we can find your account. Call If you have your SKU list ready, you can call us and list all the items over the phone. Call 0121 459 9423 and have your site ID (this can be your central billing number, site number) or your postcode so we can find your account. If you are unable to locate an SKU or have any questions about the products - do not hesitate to ask while on the call. III. Receive your order If you are an existing, active centrally billed customer your order will processed straight away. Orders placed by 3PM are shipped the same day with next day delivery service (FedEx). For independent customers, your order will be dispatched as soon as we received payment for it. Once you receive your order please check it thoroughly, in the unlikely event there are any discrepancies please contact us via email within 48 hours. Use the SKU codes on the products, located just above the barcode to match and fill the gaps on your display. If you are having any issues just give us a call. That's it, enjoy your sales!
